The questions homeowners ask most.

How much does weekly pool service cost?
Pool Warriors weekly residential service starts at $220 per month. Your exact quote depends on pool size, attached spa or water features, surrounding debris, current condition, and service needs.
What is included in weekly pool service?
Standard weekly service includes skimming, brushing, basket service, vacuuming as needed, routine water testing and chemical balancing, and a visible equipment check. Routine chemicals are included unless your quote states otherwise.
What areas does Pool Warriors serve?
Pool Warriors serves Fresno, Missouri City, Pearland, Rosharon, and Sugar Land in Southwest Houston. Availability depends on route capacity and the property's exact location.
Does Pool Warriors repair pool equipment?
Yes. Pool Warriors diagnoses and repairs common problems involving pumps, filters, heaters, timers, valves, automation controls, actuators, and salt-chlorine systems.
Can Pool Warriors clean a green pool?
Yes. Green-to-clean service begins with an inspection of the water, debris, circulation, and filter condition. The cleanup is then quoted based on severity and the recovery work required.
Is Pool Warriors certified and insured?
Yes. Pool Warriors is CPO certified and fully insured, and the company is locally owned and operated from the Fresno area.
Are routine pool chemicals included?
Yes. Routine chemicals are included in standard weekly residential service unless your written quote says otherwise. Major chemical corrections and specialty treatments are quoted separately.
Does every pool cost $220 per month?
$220 is the starting price. Pools with a spa, water features, unusually heavy debris, larger volume, or an existing water problem may cost more after an on-site look.
Why does Pool Warriors recommend weekly service?
Southwest Houston heat, rain, storms, and long swim seasons can change chemistry quickly. Weekly service gives the pool a more reliable cleaning and balancing rhythm.
Do I need to be a weekly-service customer?
Not necessarily. Repair availability depends on location and schedule, but Pool Warriors can evaluate many repair requests from non-weekly customers.
What equipment brands do you work on?
Pool Warriors works with the common pump, filter, heater, automation, timer, valve, and salt-system equipment found in Houston-area residential pools. Send a photo of the equipment label when requesting a quote.
Can you tell me the repair price from a photo?
Photos and videos often help narrow the issue, but a firm repair quote may require on-site testing before the exact cause and parts are known.
How long does a green-to-clean treatment take?
There is no honest one-time answer. Light algae can respond quickly, while a dark green pool with heavy debris or weak filtration can require multiple visits and several days.
Will the pool need to be drained?
Most green pools can be recovered without draining. Draining is only considered when water condition, surface concerns, or another specific problem makes it necessary.
Can I swim during treatment?
No. Wait until the water is clear, the pool floor is visible, circulation is working, and chemistry has returned to a safe range.
How often should a pool filter be cleaned?
The correct interval depends on filter type, pressure rise, pool use, debris, and water condition. Many Houston-area residential pools need periodic cleaning more than once a year.
Is filter cleaning part of weekly service?
Routine basket service and visible equipment checks are included. A full filter teardown and cleaning is a separate periodic service.
Why does a new pool need startup service?
Fresh plaster and new water can change chemistry quickly. Careful brushing and balanced water help protect the new surface while the pool settles into normal operation.
Can the pool be heated during startup?
Follow the surface manufacturer and builder instructions. Heating, salt activation, and swimming timelines vary by finish and startup method.
